Required DNS Settings for Business Email Hosting

To ensure your email functions correctly and clients like Outlook and Thunderbird can auto-configure themselves, please add the following DNS records to your domain. These records are essential for delivery, security, and ease of use and can be requested from your domain service provider.

How to access your DKIM record?

 Step 1: Login to your cPanel using the provided login credentials

 

Step 2: Locate ‘Email Deliverability’.

1. Once logged in, locate the ‘Email deliverability’ under ‘Email’ section.

 

2. Click on manage for the domain you want to see the DKIM record for.

3. Proceed to copy the DKIM record and add it to your domain’s DNS zone. 

 

Important Notes:

Propagation Time: After updating these records, Please allow up to 48 hours for them to propagate globally.

Testing: After propagation, test email client auto-configuration with Outlook and Thunderbird.
