Do I get a ZIMRA fiscal invoice?
Yes. You are billed locally by Webdev in USD or ZiG and receive a compliant ZIMRA fiscal invoice — no international card payment or foreign invoice to reconcile.
Licence-only or managed — what is the difference?
Licence-only gives you the Google Workspace licences billed locally, and your own team runs the admin console. Managed adds our team doing the setup, user administration, migration and support. Most businesses without a dedicated IT person choose managed.
Can Webdev take over an existing Workspace account?
Usually yes. We can take over billing and administration of an existing tenant so you get local invoicing and local support without rebuilding anything. Talk to us and we will check your setup.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Pick the one your team already knows. If people live in Gmail, Drive and Meet, Workspace is the lower-friction choice. If they work in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, look at Microsoft 365 instead. Both are billed locally and supported by us.
What does Smart Managed support cover?
User administration, device and access setup, handling issues before you have to chase them, and a faster response when you do get in touch. Where an issue needs Google, we escalate to the vendor on your behalf.
Can Webdev migrate my existing email?
Yes. We plan the move, configure the accounts and support your team through the change. Your addresses stay the same and we agree the timing with you first. Migration notes, including what comes across from Outlook, cPanel and other providers, are in the Google Workspace knowledge base.
